Welcoming the 2026-2027 Leadership Exchange Fellowship Cohort

Last month, we welcomed our 2026–2027 Leadership Exchange Fellowship cohort!

The Leadership Exchange Fellowship creates pathways to executive leadership for BIPOC professionals across LA County’s homeless response sector through immersive shadowing experiences, personalized coaching, strategic mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.

Each of this year’s fellows previously participated in our Racial Equity in Homelessness Fellowship, and the Leadership Exchange builds on that foundation by supporting them as they take the next steps in their leadership journeys. Throughout the Fellowship, participants will deepen their skills, strengthen their professional identities, and gain greater exposure to executive leadership within the homelessness sector.

The Leadership Exchange is about building a more equitable leadership pipeline; one that invests in the talent and lived experiences already present in our communities across Los Angeles.
