Sabrina F. Alesana
Senior Program Manager | CSH
“My theory of change is rooted in the belief that community is the antidote. Meaningful, sustained change happens when people are in relationship with one another across systems and roles, seeing each other’s full humanity and lived experiences.”
Sabrina is an equity centered leader who believes meaningful systems change starts with relationships, trust, and care. She brings people together across differences (and sectors), listens deeply, and helps teams move complex work forward without losing sight of the communities the work is meant to serve.
Her experience spans affordable and supportive housing, housing development, facilitating learning and training spaces, work with youth and families, and leading teams and partnerships through periods of transition, growth, and uncertainty. Sabrina is especially energized by kick starting new projects, building momentum around emerging ideas, and helping new or evolving work take root with intention and purpose.
Grounded in social work values, she leads with empathy, clarity, and accountability, centering racial equity, justice, and community wisdom in all that she does. She prides herself to be a thoughtful collaborator who values shared learning, honest dialogue, and collective impact. Sabrina stays committed to doing work with heart, guided by the belief that dignity, love, and care are essential to creating meaningful and lasting change.
