In this one hour practice session, we will take some time to breathe, journal and share about how grief and loss show up for us in our work, in our bodies, and in our lives.
For aspiring leaders looking to break the traditional mold and forge their path as an authentic, equitable leader.
Participants will explore their personal genius, find supportive community, shake off traditional leadership norms, and skill up to lead in an anti-racist, liberatory way.

We'll explore what it means to be mindful and how this wide-ranging topic can enhance every aspect of our lives. This session will consist of gentle breath work, meditation, journaling, and intentional discussion.
This is going to be a practice that can be done seated and standing from any location where space is a limitation and a yoga mat/floor space may not be accessible. This practice will be suitable for all levels.
