I am driven by a deep commitment to breaking cycles of incarceration, housing instability, and inequity in underserved communities. My work is grounded in creating pathways to stability, dignity, and long-term opportunity for individuals who have been historically marginalized. Through both my professional journey and life experiences, I bring a deep sense of empathy and understanding of the systemic barriers our communities face, allowing me to lead with authenticity, compassion, and purpose. I am a nonprofit leader with extensive experience advancing reentry, workforce development, and behavioral health programs within community-based organizations. I currently serve as a Program Director at Integrated Recovery Network, where I provide oversight of multidisciplinary programs focused on reducing recidivism, increasing housing stability, and expanding access to employment and supportive services.
Throughout my career, I have led high-impact initiatives that bridge gaps across systems, including criminal justice, housing, and public health. During Los Angeles County’s Project Roomkey initiative, I supported the rapid placement of high-risk individuals experiencing homelessness into emergency housing during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have also developed workforce pathways and built strong community partnerships that reflect and respond to the real needs of the populations we serve.
I am deeply committed to advancing equity and ensuring that community voices are centered in program design and implementation. I am known for my collaborative leadership style, my ability to build trust within communities, and my dedication to delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed services that create lasting impact.
