I literally had my supervision with my boss yesterday and we're talking about changing my title, which of course comes with a pay raise. I don't think I would have ever advocated for myself without the tools that I built from this fellowship. I was able to talk about pay bands, the equity of the work and how it's not aligned with the pay scale. I attribute my confidence to this fellowship.

I love the fact that we use Discord to stay in touch with each other and sometimes staying in touch is just offering a kind word or saying 'I'm here for you.' There have been times where people post that their organization is hiring or someone is having a difficult time pushing work forward, and others jump in to help. I love that because sometimes this work can be isolating.
