Michelle Dominguez has a mission: create spaces where everyone feels like they belong. They value connectedness, justice, and personal growth.

Michelle is passionate about equity issues related to race, gender, and sexuality. They’re a member of the California State University, Northridge LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee and a chapter founder of a Queer & Trans-inclusive sorority.

Michelle has a decade of higher education experience serving students at 6 different colleges. They are a proud alum of the University of Southern California (M.Ed. Higher Education Administration & Students Affairs) and California State University, Northridge (B.A. Communication Studies). Michelle credits their high school alma mater, Grover Cleveland High School’s Humanities Magnet Program, for jumpstarting their social justice education journey.
