Wellbeing Series: Yoga Nidra with Intention Setting

Join us to experience profound relaxation and inner healing through Yoga Nidra, the ancient practice of yogic sleep that guides you into a deep state of rest and nervous system regulation. In this workshop, you will be gently led through a restorative journey that nurtures your body, mind, and heart. We begin by setting a personal intention (Sankalpa), planting seeds for what you desire whether it's more time to rest, be, or a specific ask. As you sink into guided relaxation, your intention is absorbed deeply, supporting renewal and alignment on a subconscious level. This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking to release stress, restore emotional balance, and cultivate sustainable self-care.
