In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn body-based movement, emotional tending, and grounding practices to help you meet overwhelm with presence and compassion, for yourself, your team, and the people you serve. We’ll explore stress cycles, try on simple “tools and toys” you can use in real time, and practice trauma-informed invitations that honor autonomy and build trust. You’ll leave with a personalized menu of strategies you can use daily to move from hyper-alert to more regulated and resourced.
