Navigating End-of-Year Stress & Grief

As much as we might love a holiday party, there can be grief that we carry with us this season. We might miss loved ones who have passed on. We may feel the stress of family gatherings and the heaviness of work loads as we close out the year.

In this one-hour workshop, we will have a chance to acknowledge and welcome any hard feelings we may be having surrounding this time of year. We will also have a chance to practice finding some relaxation and grounding amidst any stress or grief. As we honor our grief, we make space for our joy as well.

This session will include guided embodiment practices, reflection, and optional group sharing. Come exactly as you are!
