In this session, you are invited to reflect on your rest practice, release narratives that don’t serve you, set intentions and simply rest. You’ll be immersed in mantra chanting and the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls as you move through guided meditation, movement, breath work and journal reflection. Through deepening your practice of sound meditation, you’ll find a way to return to your natural state of rest and remember your powerful ability to be fully present.
