Wellbeing Cohort
Bringing together forty team members, including executive directors and frontline workers, from four organizations to co-create practices that center care, connection, and collective wellbeing in the homeless response sector.
Our Vision
We believe that sustainable change in the homeless response system starts with caring for the people doing the work. Through the Wellbeing Cohort, organizations are designing practices that prioritize the wellbeing of frontline staff. Together, leaders from these four organizations are listening, healing, and building more liberatory workplaces that support their staff.
